    The CFO will have direct oversight for the accounting and finance functions with the potential for additional areas over time and will serve as a business partner to the CEO and COO.   
    Key responsibilities include:

    ·      Develop and implement enhanced monthly reporting package to meet requirement of PE owners and lenders while more importantly providing useful and timely information and metrics to the management team.

    ·      Implement consistent accounting standards, systems and procedures across countries (U.S., Canada, Mexico and Philippines) so that all locations have the same month-end close procedures and timeline.  Develop relationships and an efficient workflow blueprint across all entities.

    ·      Drive a culture of accountability.  Develop and implement value added operational and financial metrics to help corporate executives manage the business; synthesize and interpret metrics to illuminate key issues for decision makers.

    ·      Create an efficient financial infrastructure and metrics to ensure the attainment of financial and operational goals.  Assess and implement, to the extent needed, financial controls for key cash flow items including capital expenditures, inventory, etc.  

    ·      Drive efficiencies and improve margins by: optimizing purchasing and working capital; measuring efficiency and other operational initiatives across the Company’s distribution locations, and helping to drive best practices across each location.

    ·      Create improved budgeting and forecasting systems as well as analytical processes to proactively advise the management team on financial results.

    ·      Increase the speed and accuracy of financial reporting while also improving the company’s ability to forecast and develop forward looking analytics.

    ·      Work across all functions within the company to build a deeper understanding of the financial drivers and help improve the use and efficacy of existing IT systems and infrastructure to support the business. 

    ·      Optimize bank relationships, oversee working capital and cash management, and initiate strategies to enhance the company’s financial position and financing options.

    ·      Work closely with owners to ensure they are kept abreast of key financial dynamics within the company.  Develop and manage reporting requirements as needed.

    ·      Support potential M&A activities. 

    ·      Provide the tactical execution and leadership necessary to drive EBITDA/profitability, improve cash flow, optimize asset utilization and grow the business. 


    The person:

     Top-rated executive with at least 15 years of accounting and finance experience.    Ideally, a sitting CFO in a leveraged multi-location, multi-currency business in the distribution industry. Some direct relevant private equity experience is preferred.   

    ·      Well-rounded with the proven ability to increase analytical rigor and further define the long-term strategy while assisting with all aspects of the business. 

    ·      BS/BA required; CPA and/or MBA ideal.

    ·      A demonstrated track record of driving profitable growth for complex, high-performance organizations.  Expertise in design and implementation of multi-national accounting systems and procedures is preferred. 

    ·      A strong background in cost accounting and international accounting policies. Current with all regulatory reporting requirements and able to provide effective oversight to ensure compliance. Knowledge of Mexican, Canadian, U.S., and IFRS statutory and GAAP requirements would be a distinguishing factor.

    ·      Experience in a multi-country, sales-oriented business environment with an understanding of the unique challenges that exist (e.g., capital needs relating to budgeting and cash management) is preferred.  Prior experience in another multi-national distribution business is ideal. 

    ·      “Best athlete” capabilities and characteristics.  A history of enhancing efficiency of operations.  Ability to leverage prior experiences and implement best practices in a new business.

    ·      Experience with ERP and/or other system implementations.

    ·      Expertise in project management. Extremely detail-oriented with an ability to hold others to that same standard.

    ·      Passionate executive with excellent interpersonal skills.  An open and direct communicator who has the ability to build strong relationships internally across well-entrenched U.S. and international units and externally. 

    ·      Professional, with impeccable personal integrity and business ethics.  Highly inquisitive with an intellectually curious nature.

    ·      A tactical financial operator and a business leader who is comfortable with both operational and financial issues to help realize market and growth potential.

    This role is working within the Implementation and Support team working on a proprietary software suite.  You will support customers and train customers in our Software suite. You will resolve common issues through a ticketing system.

     
     Job Responsibilities

    • Assist Implementation Managers in the conversion of new clients to the platform.
    • Troubleshooting issues upon completion of conversion from implementation to support
    • Research support cases and knowledge bases and other resources in an effort to deliver technical solutions.
    • Communicate with clients regarding training and resolution of issues reported.
    Requirements

    •         Ownership of customer support tickets, and resolution of customer issues
    •         Customer facing training on client software
    •        Formatting data in Excel to client software import specifications
    •         Importing data into live customer sites
    •          Ability and desire to develop an understanding of all aspects of the human resource process and technology
    •         Ability to track multiple tasks/action items, prioritize and escalate issues when necessary
    •         Familiarity with Excel (Shortcuts, autofill, concatenate, vlookup)
    •          Ability to create professional documentation
    •         Ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and team members
    •          Interest working in a high growth company and manage change

     


    Nice to haves

    •  Familiarity with Payroll processes
    •        Familiarity with basic Accounting principles
    •        Knowledge of HRIS relational database management systems.  Previous experience with Workforce Ready
    •        Familiarity with Information Systems (i.e. SDLC)

    Seeking a Director of Marketing with a demonstrated track record of developing market strategies to facilitate rapid growth. You will have strategic and operational responsibilities for all marketing efforts. The Director of Marketing develops marketing strategies by working with suppliers; evaluating market and product adjacencies; identifying customers and their current and future needs; developing lead generation tactics; and monitoring the competition.

     

    Job responsibilities

    Business Development – Evaluate new market and product line opportunities and develop entry strategies where appropriate. Support as needed for business development activities, including product line additions and branch expansions. Assist in business case development.

    Lead generation – Develop strategies to generate sales leads and to convert these leads into sales opportunities. Coordinate with outside and inside sales teams to implement lead generation strategies. Measure the effectiveness of lead generation and conversion.

    Product line management – Develop and implement marketing strategies for key product lines, including sales planning, pricing strategy, and advertising and promotional activities. Measure impact of these marketing strategies. Target new suppliers and products as appropriate to complement and enhance core product lines.

    Supplier relationship management – Own relationships with supplier base in conjunction with Sales Director. Drive agendas for business updates, training, and other sales interaction. Assist Inventory Management Manager in developing and implementing supplier scorecards to measure performance and compliance.

    E-commerce – Assist Digital Marketing Manager in developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy that will generate incremental sales and facilitate the ease of doing business. Includes generating new sales (new and existing customers) and improving the efficiency of interactions with customers (e.g., customer portal).

    Brand – Build and maintain the company brand. Improve visual aesthetic of company, lobbies, tradeshow supplies, promotional products.

    Market research – Lead the collection and analysis of competitive intelligence and measurement of market share for product lines and families. Other research as needed to support business development opportunities.

    Internal and external communications – Manage development of all internal and external communication (announcements, town hall meetings, press releases, social media, etc.).

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Strong business experience in reviewing and developing marketing plans, marketing materials and collateral. Strong track record of understanding market dynamics and responding in a pro-active manner to assure achievement of business objectives. Experience analyzing and making recommendations on promotions. Ability to create effective cross-company working relationships and execute on business plans which requires multi-division participation. Ability to write complex reports, proposals and materials and present accordingly

    Develop staffing and productivity planning metrics for all segments of the operations. Oversight of order processing, transportation scheduling and shipping coordination to ensure production schedules are met and customer requirements and expectations are satisfied. Drive cost improvement activities by identifying system improvements, headcount optimization, and improved square footage utilization opportunities. Develop and execute strategy to efficiently support special projects as well as new service offerings. Provides vision and leadership to ensure all operational guidelines, safety compliance and protocols are adhered to, productivity standards are maintained and continuous improvement and new ways of operating are part of the operating culture. Provides strategic and operational leadership for assigned physical distribution site.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Develops and fosters a culture that ensures a safe operating environment including but not limited to the maintenance and safe operation of equipment, safe work procedures are followed by all team members and there is a continuous focus on safety in all work performed at the respective distribution facility. 
    Ensure all order processing production schedules are upheld and transportation schedules and shipping coordination meets/exceeds customer requirements and expectations. 
    Develop long range production plan and reviews this plan with each operating unit to ensure complete production attainment and proper prioritization for short term scheduling. 
    Evaluate existing operations to recommend and implement improvements affecting productivity, accuracy, quality and service level. Ensures all operating areas are configured for maximum productivity. 
    Closely monitors and analyzes productivity of the work site and recommends strategies to improve operational efficiency. Develop and coach management team to improve and maintain a productive and efficient operation. 
    Develop the annual operating budget and 3 year plan for the site’s operational needs and related safety programs. Regularly reports results to management. 
    Ensures all inventory is maintained and accurately reported. Maintain or enhance inventory control systems that will improve material flow and track inventory accuracy. 
    Communicate and support all operational initiatives and programs to foster a culture focused on safety and productivity. 
    Works closely with all vendors and subcontractors to negotiate pricing and services at the local level and participates in national programs that help contain costs when necessary. 
    Adapts all departmental procedures to system changes and brand/division additions without compromising safety, quality or productivity. 
    Controls the flow of information to and from the sales department and brands concerning new product launches, promotions and flow business.

I'm seeking an Application Developer who is skilled in reporting, performing custom application and report development, data and application integration, and devise and design technical requirements and estimate effort. Some responsibilities include documentation of well-defined methods, procedures, programs and configurations in the delivery of application services.

    You must know how to create code that takes data and turns it into detailed reports.  Candidates will need to have a background in Finance with an IT background in SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.  A business analyst background might not hurt either. The ideal developer will have experience with the .NET framework, C# Language and knowledge of the Entity Framework, in addition to the technologies previously listed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Works with Application Architects in the design and review of technical solutions for projects
    • Defines, documents and designs technical requirements for custom applications, integrations, and processes
    • Prepares design specifications, implements any required data mapping, including documenting and revising user test plans as they relate to reports

    • Accurately communicates status on individual assignments and prioritize to complete on schedule
    • Contributes details to the overall plan within your scope of experience and skills
    • Develops, documents, and tests applications and processes following best practices and standards
    • Creates or updates application and process documentation in compliance with standards Analyzes, reviews, and alters application and data integrations to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements

    Qualifications:

    • C# development experience is a must
    • Object oriented programming experience is a must.
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience with SQL Server and .NET
    • Experience with Microsoft SSRS and SSIS - Reporting and Data Integration services
    • Object Relational Mapping (Entity Framework preferred)
    • SQL Server Database Development(T-SQL)
    • Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Win Forms, and design patterns
    • Prefer experience in business or data analytics
    • Financial Industry experience preferred
